	What is the Homeowner's and Renters Assistance Program?
	The Homeowner's and Renters Assistance program is administered by the State Franchise Tax Board for elderly, blind or disabled taxpayers. All funding for the Homeowner and Renter Assistance Program (HRA) has been exhausted. The Franchise Tax Board no longer processes correspondence or pays any claims.
