Over 2.3 million parcels exist today in Los Angeles County. These parcels, which are numbered individually to uniquely identify and track their historical evolution, cover an area of over 4,080 square miles, including 88 cities and numerous unincorporated communities. Using GIS Tax Parcel Base Map means accuracy, versatility and compatibility!

       This GIS Tax Parcel Base Map is the standard for parcel level data in both the government and private sectors.
       Various recorded boundaries that define the Assessor's parcels with the Assessor's unique Identification Number can be provided.
       One base map for the entire county allows large areas or specific parcels to be examined.

Specifications:

       Registered to state plane coordinate system (NAD 83 California Zone V in feet).
       Created using ESRI's ARCINFO product.
       The GIS Tax Parcel Base Map can be used with any GIS or CAD software.
