The information on the Secured Basic File Abstract is drawn off the Assessor's Property Data base which is usually updated weekly. The File Abstract can be created at any time during the year, using the latest updated version of the master file. Thus, the File Abstract will contain the most current data available to the Assessor's Office as of the date created. Records are in order by Assessor's Identification Number (Mapbook-Page-Parcel). This item is available on DVD or can be sent via FTP.
